Charlevoix has gone 9-1 against Kalkaska recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Charlevoix Rayders will welcome the Kalkaska Blazers at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Charlevoix has four straight wins, Kalkaska has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Last Thursday, Charlevoix didn't have too much trouble with Kingsley as they won 50-36. Given the Rayders' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 135th, while the Stags are ranked 604th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Kalkaska came up short against Boyne City on Thursday and fell 48-36.

Charlevoix has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.5 points per game. As for Kalkaska, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.

Everything went Charlevoix's way against Kalkaska when the teams last played back in January, as Charlevoix made off with a 59-39 victory. Will Charlevoix repeat their success, or does Kalkaska have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
