Volleyball Recap: Lima Senior Takes a Loss

Lima Senior lost against Hardin Northern back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Spartans came up short against the Polar Bears, falling 3-0.

Lima Senior was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Hardin Northern work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-13, 25-23.

Delilah Gaines-Romick paced Lima Senior's offense, picking up seven kills. Gaines-Romick got some help from Amyah King and her 15 assists. Aryiah Bowie controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Lima Senior's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Hardin Northern, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Lima Senior didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Rogers on the 20th. As for Hardin Northern, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against North Baltimore on the 21st.
