Softball Recap: Wilton Warriors vs. Westhill Vikings

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Ridgefield, Wilton was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Westhill Vikings 8-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Warriors have posted against the Vikings since April 9, 2018.

Ruby Prior tossed a big game, pitching five innings while giving up three earned runs off only two hits. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in strikeouts (five).
