Baseball Game Preview: Warren Central Dragons vs. Trinity Raiders

The Warren Central Dragons will head out to take on the Trinity Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Warren Central hasn't scored more than two runs for ten games straight, a trend the team is eager to reverse.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Warren Central's offense. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 15-0 to South Warren, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Meanwhile, Trinity came up short against Hopkins County Central on Monday, falling 8-1.

Trinity saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Isaac Hernandez, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

Trinity's defeat dropped their record down to 7-16. As for Warren Central, their loss dropped their record down to 0-10.

Warren Central might still be hurting after the 12-2 defeat they got from Trinity when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Can the Dragons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
