Football Recap: Crandall Pirates vs. Texas Tigers
Crandall and Texas squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Crandall had to settle for second. They were outmatched by the Texas Tigers at home and fell 58-28. It was the first time this season that the Pirates let down their fans at home.

That's the most rushing yards Johnson has posted since back in September. Another back making a difference was Ahmad Moore, who rushed for 151 yards and two touchdowns.
Crandall's defeat ended a ten-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 10-2. As for Texas, the win for them keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.
Crandall does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Texas has also already played their next matchup, a 31-28 loss against Port Neches-Groves on the 29th.
