Basketball Recap: Valley View Takes a Loss

Valley View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They were outmatched by the Rancho Verde Mustangs and fell 76-33. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-15.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Davion Moore, who posted ten points and seven boards. Another player making a difference was Mark Williams, who earned five points.

Valley View's defeat dropped their record down to 4-23. As for Rancho Verde, they pushed their record up to 22-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

As of now, neither Valley View nor Rancho Verde have any future games scheduled.
