 Holy Name scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Lutheran West Longhorns with a sharp  15-6 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Holy Name also won the last time the pair played  back in April of 2022.
  Frankie Germano tossed a big game,   striking out seven batters over  five innings while giving up just one earned run off   three  hits.
 At the plate,  Joey Ragone was  incredible,  firing off two  home runs, three  runs,  and four  RBI while  getting on base  in five of his six plate appearances.  Adam Humenik was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in four of his six plate appearances.
 On Lutheran West's side,  Bryce Groppe and  Adam Flachbart stepped up to the plate in a big way.  Groppe  scored a  run and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in two of his four plate appearances, while  Flachbart  scored a  run and  stole three bases while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was  Eric Dill, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in two of his four plate appearances.
 Holy Name's win bumped their record up to 5-15. As for Lutheran West, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost three of their last four matchups,  which put a noticeable dent in their 12-5 record  this season.
 Holy Name will head out on the road to  take on  Buckeye at 3:00  p.m.  on Saturday. As for Lutheran West, they will be playing at home against Benedictine at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
