Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Daphne). They enjoyed a cozy 42-28 victory over the Spanish Fort Toros on Friday. That's two games straight that the Trojans have won by exactly 14 points.

A big part of Daphne's win came down to the chemistry between Christian Segar and his top target CJ Gardner. Segar threw for 340 yards and five TDs while completing 77.8% of his passes while Gardner picked up 122 receiving yards and three scores. The bulk of those receiving yards came from one huge play: a catch that gained an incredible 71 yards. A healthy portion of Segar's aerial production (85 yards to be exact) also went to LaBrayln Williams.

Daphne's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB four times. Leading the way was Malique Franklin with two sacks. He also set a new season-high mark in total tackles with 12. Jonathan Jackson was another major factor on D, picking up a sack and making eight total tackles.

Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 38.0 points over those games. As for Spanish Fort, the loss was their first on the road , dropping their record down to 3-3.
