Oberlin was not the first on the board on Wednesday, but they got there more often. They walked away with a 4-2 victory over the Brookside Cardinals. It was an even better day for Kylie Walter as she scored three goals for her team.

The win made it two in a row for Oberlin and bumps their season record up to 6-3-2. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 0-7 Wellington and 3-5 Brookside. As for Brookside, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Oberlin is taking a road trip to face off against Wellington at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Oberlin will be up against Wellington's rather soft defense (which has allowed 8.14 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Brookside, they will face off against Keystone at 1:05 p.m. on Saturday.
