Basketball Recap: Durant Takes a Loss

Durant lost against Edison back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Durant Lions took a 60-42 bruising from the Edison Eagles. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Durant's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Edison, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.

Durant will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Ardmore at 8:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Edison, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 67-42 loss against Charles Page on the 21st.
