Basketball Recap: Delran Continues Road Dominance on Friday

Delran had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They strolled past Doane Academy with points to spare, taking the game 57-43. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 71-61 back in January.

Delran pushed their record up to 15-5 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.2 points over those games. As for Doane Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-9.

Delran wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 57-50 loss against Holy Cross on the 15th. As for Doane Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 60-38 defeat against Moorestown on the 15th.
