Berkner won the last time they faced Nimitz and things went their way on Friday too. Berkner walked away with a 4-1 victory over Nimitz. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rams.

Berkner's win bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Nimitz, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-6.

Coming up, Berkner will be playing in front of their home fans against MacArthur at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. MacArthur's pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so Berkner's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Nimitz, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Irving at 7:30 p.m. on April 1.
