Cassopolis waltzed into their match on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They claimed a resounding 58-15 win over the Hartford Huskies. The Rangers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 22 points or more this season.

Cassopolis found their leader in freshman Madison Nelson, who posted 13 points and seven steals. Those seven steals set a new season-high mark for Nelson. The team also got some help courtesy of Janayla Franklin, who to rack up 13 points and six boards.

Cassopolis' victory bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Hartford, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-16 record this season.

Cassopolis has already played their next match, a 49-43 defeat against Lawrence on the 18th. As for Hartford, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 38-16 loss against Centreville on the 18th.
