After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Estill County, Southwestern was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They never let the Perry County Central Commodores get on the board and left with an 8-0 win. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by six runs or more this season.

Southwestern's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Perry County Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-6 record this season.
