Volleyball Recap: Tekamah-Herman Comes Up Short

Tekamah-Herman lost against Louisville back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Tigers lost 3-0 to the Lions. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-21, 25-9.

Emily Stansberry paced Tekamah-Herman's offense, picking up eight kills. Stansberry got some help from Cassidy Magill and her 12 assists. Finally, Stansberry was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Tekamah-Herman's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Louisville, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.

Tekamah-Herman didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Cedar Bluffs on the 20th. As for Louisville, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Arlington on the 23rd.
