Football Recap: Cornell Comes Up Short

Cornell suffered their biggest defeat since October 4, 2024 on Friday. They were beaten by the Bishop Canevin Crusaders 44-7. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Raiders' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Cornell's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Bishop Canevin, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Cornell is set to take on their familiar foe Serra Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Bishop Canevin will square off against rival Chartiers-Houston at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
