Volleyball Recap: Trinity Christian Takes a Loss

Trinity Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Fayetteville Christian Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-18, 25-18.

Trinity Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Fayetteville Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Trinity Christian will take on rival Fayetteville Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Fayetteville Christian is set to square off against their familiar foe The O'Neal School at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
