Oxford Academy won the last time they faced Pioneer and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Patriots blew past the Titans 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Patriots.

Oxford Academy walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-15, 25-17.

Dawson Nguyen paced Oxford Academy's offense, picking up ten kills. Nguyen got some help from Ian Truong and his 29 assists. Finally, Maxton Frieda kept Oxford Academy's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Oxford Academy's victory bumped their record up to 16-8. As for Pioneer, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-6.

After both having extra time off, Oxford Academy and Tarbut V' Torah will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on the 30th. The Lions will roll in looking for their 15th straight win, something the Patriots surely won't give up without a fight. Pioneer does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
