Baseball Recap: Leonardtown Comes Up Short

Leonardtown lost against Huntingtown back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Raiders took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hurricanes. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Leonardtown's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Huntingtown, their victory bumped their record up to 6-2.

Looking ahead, Leonardtown will square off against Thomas Stone at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Raiders are facing the Cougars at the right time seeing as the Cougars are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Huntingtown, they will face off against North Point on Monday.
