Football Game Preview: Mt. Markham Mustangs vs. Lowville Red Raiders + How To Watch

Mt. Markham is 0-3 against Lowville since October of 2018 but things could change on Thursday. The Mustangs will head out to take on the Red Raiders at 6:00 p.m.

Mt. Markham's offense might be in the hot seat on Thursday considering what happened against Notre Dame on Saturday. They were outmatched by the Jugglers and fell 42-0. The shutout was out of character for the Mustangs seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in September.

Meanwhile, Lowville put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They took down Cato-Meridian 36-22. Given the Red Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' New York football rankings (they are ranked 58th, while the Blue Devils are ranked 226th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Mt. Markham's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Lowville, their win bumped their record up to 8-0.

Mt. Markham was taken down by Lowville 27-0 in their previous matchup back in September. Can the Mustangs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
