Basketball Game Preview: Water Canyon Wildcats vs. Enterprise Wolves

Water Canyon is 0-5 against Enterprise since December of 2016 but things could change on Friday. The Water Canyon Wildcats will host the Enterprise Wolves at 6:00 p.m.

Water Canyon is headed into Friday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their sixth straight game on Tuesday. They were dealt a 72-37 loss at the hands of Parowan. The Wildcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-17.

The losing side was boosted by Dynonte Blackmore, who posted 14 points and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Greg Hammon, who put up seven points.

Meanwhile, Enterprise beat Beaver 72-64 on Wednesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolves.

Enterprise now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Water Canyon, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.

Water Canyon was taken down by Enterprise 66-31 in their previous matchup back in December of 2024. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Enterprise's Treyson Whitman, who went 9 of 16 on his way to 20 points and five steals.
