If the Bethany Wolves were feeling good off their 45-20 takedown of the Phoenix Academy Firebirds two weeks ago, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Bethany fell 38-31 to Carver on Monday. Bethany has struggled against Carver recently, as their game on Monday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Bethany lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Leah Denny, who scored seven points. The team also got some help courtesy of Haley Ricketts, who scored six points along with three steals.
