Mount Vernon has played every game this season on their home field, but they'll have to hit the road on Tuesday. They will venture away from home to take on the Tattnall Square Academy Trojans at 4:30 p.m.

Everything went their way against George Walton Academy as Tattnall Square Academy made off with a 14-6 victory. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won three contests by six runs or more this season.
Gradie Appling was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-4. Molly Kemp was another key contributor, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Tattnall Square Academy kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 17 hits. That's the most hits they've earned since back in September of 2023.
