Basketball Recap: Kennesaw Mountain Takes a Loss

Kennesaw Mountain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the East Paulding Raiders, falling 50-27. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-37 back in January.

Mfreke Johnson was Kennesaw Mountain's leading scorer, having posted ten points. Johnson also led the team in rebounds with ten. Madison Gayton took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with two assists.

Kennesaw Mountain's defeat dropped their record down to 5-20. As for East Paulding, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-12.

Kennesaw Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now. East Paulding has already played their next match (against Rome), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
