Volleyball Recap: Jennings County Takes a Loss

Fans were treated to a battle of the Panthers on Saturday. Jennings County fell just short of Bloomington South by a score of 2-1. Jennings County has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jennings County started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 16-25, 25-10, 15-13.

Jennings County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Bloomington South, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-7.

Jennings County has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Columbus East on the 10th. As for Bloomington South, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Greenwood on the 10th.
