Centennial came tearing into Friday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Mansfield Timberview Wolves with a sharp 10-1 victory. Considering the Spartans have won 14 games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Centennial's win bumped their record up to 20-8. As for Mansfield Timberview, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-16-2.
