Softball Game Preview: Milwaukee School of Languages Hawks vs. Milwaukee King Generals

The Milwaukee School of Languages Hawks will venture away from home to take on the Milwaukee King Generals at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Milwaukee School of Languages' hitters haven't had much luck over their past three games, but Monday's contest will give them a chance to turn things around.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Milwaukee School of Languages' offense. They came up short against Milwaukee Reagan on Thursday, falling 17-0.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Milwaukee King). They were the clear victors by a 16-1 margin over Hamilton/Audubon on Friday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Generals as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Milwaukee School of Languages' loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Milwaukee King, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.

Milwaukee School of Languages skirted past Milwaukee King 11-9 when the teams last played on April 8th. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hawks since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
