Basketball Recap: Pasquotank County Panthers vs. Currituck County Knights
Pasquotank County lost against Currituck County back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Pasquotank County Panthers received a blow as they fell 71-57 to the Currituck County Knights.
Pasquotank County's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Branden Smith, who went 7 of 16 en route to 18 points along with six rebounds and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Kenyatta Parker, who posted 11 points and seven steals.
Currituck County was led to victory by Tristan Peterson and Jamie Dance.
