Puyallup put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Rogers Rams, posting a 65-6 win. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 58-0.

Puyallup's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jayden Woodland led the charge by picking up 82 receiving yards and three touchdowns. That's the most receiving touchdowns Woodland has posted since back in October of 2024. Lawson Looker was another key receiver, picking up 58 receiving yards and three TDs.

Puyallup's run defense was locked in: Rogers could only muster -0.3 yards per carry. While five picked up at least three total tackles, Woodland stood above the rest. He picked up 82 receiving yards and three scores. Puyallup didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 12.1.

Puyallup's defense didn't let the opposing QB, get away unscathed either: they got into the backfield for five sacks. In that department, Luke Parker was the leader with two.

Puyallup's victory bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Rogers, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Puyallup didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 45-0 win against Curtis on the 24th. As for Rogers, they have also already played their next matchup, a 42-35 defeat against South Kitsap on the 23rd.
