Ryder Dobbs was a major factor in Foothill's win over Basic on Friday. The Wolves had no answer to Dobbs as he threw for 425 yards and eight touchdowns while picking up 17.7 yards per attempt. Dobbs is becoming a predictor of Foothill's success: when he posts at least three passing touchdowns the team is 3-1 (and 1-2 when he doesn't).

Looking ahead, Dobbs and Foothill will head out on the road to square off against Coronado at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Dobbs will face off against Jackson Humphries, the Cougars' star signal caller.
