Football Game Preview: Celeste Blue Devils vs. Bowie Pirates

The Celeste Blue Devils will square off against the Bowie Pirates at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Celeste ended up a good deal behind Clarksville and lost 21-7. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Bowie came up short against Maud on Friday and fell 26-18.

Bowie's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Celeste, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Celeste didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Bowie in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, but they still walked away with a 26-20 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Blue Devils since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
