Basketball Recap: Lafayette Has No Trouble Against Liberty

Lafayette won the last time they faced Liberty and things went their way on Friday too. The Lafayette Lancers strolled past the Liberty Eagles with points to spare, taking the game 53-38. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lancers.

Lafayette now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Liberty, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Lafayette wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 66-40 defeat against De Smet Jesuit on the 28th. As for Liberty, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Lafayette at 6:00 p.m. on January 7th.
