Softball Recap: Frost Comes Up Short

Itasca hit Frost with a four-run first inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Polar Bears came up short against the Wampus Cats, falling 8-1. The defeat continues a trend for the Polar Bears in their meetings with the Wampus Cats: they've now lost four in a row.

Frost saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Addyson Fuller, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases.

Frost's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Itasca, their record now sits at 6-13.

Looking ahead, Frost will take on Hico at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Itasca does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
