Soccer Recap: Bolles Takes a Loss

Bolles lost against St. Johns Country Day back in January of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bolles Bulldogs fell 2-0 to the St. Johns Country Day Spartans. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 132nd, while the Spartans are ranked 17th).

Bolles' defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-8-4. As for St. Johns Country Day, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-3-1.

Bolles will face off against Christ's Church Academy at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for St. Johns Country Day, they will take on Lakeland Christian at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
