Softball Recap: Whitmore Lake Comes Up Short

Whitmore Lake couldn't beat Skyline on Saturday even though they stacked four runs on them in the fifth inning. The Trojans came up short against the Eagles, falling 18-8. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Whitmore Lake's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Skyline, their win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-3.

Looking ahead, Whitmore Lake will welcome Inter-City Baptist at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Skyline, they will face off against Dexter at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
