Volleyball Recap: Rock Hill's Win Ends Ten-Game Losing Streak at Home

Rock Hill's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They blew past the Blythewood Bengals 3-0. For the Bearcats, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Bengals walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

While Rock Hill might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Blythewood scored at least 21 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 26-24, 25-22.

Rock Hill found their leader in sophomore Crew Morgan, who had 20 digs. Those 20 digs set a new season-high mark for Morgan.

Rock Hill's victory ended a ten-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-5. As for Blythewood, their loss dropped their record down to 6-10.

Coming up, Rock Hill will take on Clover at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Blythewood, they will head out on the road to take on Ridge View at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
