Mason had already won 14 in a row and they went ahead and made it 15 on Thursday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Lakota East Thunderhawks. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Comets also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Mason's victory bumped their record up to 15-3. As for Lakota East, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mason will host Seton at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lakota East, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy at 11:00 a.m.
