Football Recap: Griffith Institute Takes a Loss

Griffith Institute was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 31-6 to the Falconer/Cassadaga Valley/Maple Grove Herds.

Griffith Institute's record now sits at 0-5. As for Falconer/Cassadaga Valley/Maple Grove, the victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Griffith Institute is set to square off against their familiar foe Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama at 1:30 p.m. on the 11th. Meanwhile, Falconer/Cassadaga Valley/Maple Grove will take on rival Portville/Cuba-Rushford/Hinsdale Central at 7:00 p.m. on the 10th.
