Basketball Recap: Perry Comes Up Short

Perry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 54-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Temple Christian Pioneers. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since February 3, 2023, but that streak is no more.

Perry's record now sits at 0-11. As for Temple Christian, the victory snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 4-7 record.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Perry is set to square off against their familiar foe Upper Scioto Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Temple Christian will face off against rival Ridgedale at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
