Soccer Recap: Jerome Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Jerome fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Wood River on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Wolverines by a score of 3-2. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against Wood River this season, with their most recent loss being a 5-0 defeat on Monday.

Alyssa Jensen and Jesuri Godoy scored both of Jerome's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 21 goals.

Jerome's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8-2. As for Wood River, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Jerome nor Wood River have any future games scheduled.
