Holy Family Catholic gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the PACT Charter Panthers as they made off with a 13-3 victory.

The team relied heavily on Brianna DeLorenzo, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-4. Ainsley Zelenka was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4.

Holy Family Catholic always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .548. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as PACT Charter only posted an OBP of .333.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Holy Family Catholic will head out to take on Maranatha Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for PACT Charter, they will venture away from home to face off against Legacy Christian Academy at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The matchup will give the Panthers their first taste of in-conference action this season.
