Basketball Recap: Dylan Betts' Big Game Can't Quite Lead Cherry Creek over Arapahoe

Cherry Creek's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 9-14. That patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.7 points over those games. As for Arapahoe, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-6.

Cherry Creek and Arapahoe are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Cherry Creek is taking a road trip to square off against Legend at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Legend is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.1 points per game this season. As for Arapahoe, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Doherty at 7:00 p.m. Doherty will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Arapahoe surely won't give up without a fight.
