Basketball Recap: Adrian/Ellsworth Finds Home Court Redemption Against Edgerton

There's no place like home for Adrian/Ellsworth, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Edgerton Flying Dutchmen on Tuesday, sneaking past 45-43. This was a revenge game for the Dragons: when they faced off against the Flying Dutchmen last Friday, they had to take a 73-64 loss.

Adrian/Ellsworth's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-14. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.0 points over those games. As for Edgerton, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Adrian/Ellsworth will venture away from home to take on Murray County Central at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Edgerton, they will take on Westbrook-Walnut Grove at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
