Soccer Recap: Munster Comes Up Short

Munster lost against South Bend Saint Joseph back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Mustangs fell just short of the Huskies by a score of 3-2. That's two games in a row now that Munster have lost by just one goal.

Lucinda Lagunas and Kaylei-Ann Parker scored both of Munster's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 12 goals.

Munster's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4-3. As for South Bend Saint Joseph, their win bumped their record up to 5-7.

Looking ahead, Munster will take on Highland at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Munster will need to watch out since Highland have now posted at least four goals in their last three matchups. As for South Bend Saint Joseph, they will square off against Elkhart at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
