Soccer Recap: Norwell Takes a Loss

Norwell lost against Huntington North back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Knights took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vikings. Zane Borne was hit with a yellow card, which may have had some impact on his (and the team's) ability to make aggressive plays.

Norwell's goal came courtesy of Noah Schamerloh, who's now up to 13 this season.

Norwell has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10-1 record this season. As for Huntington North, their victory bumped their record up to 4-7-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Norwell will face off against Blackford at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Huntington North, they will take on Fort Wayne Wayne at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
