Volleyball Recap: Lexee King Key Part of Team Effort in Blue Devils Win + How To Watch

Cordova won the last time they faced Oakman and things went their way on Thursday too. The Blue Devils came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blue Devils.

Cordova had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-27, 25-14, 25-19, 25-20.

Cordova's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Lexee King, who had 42 assists. Those 42 assists gave King a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Lexi Woods, who had nine kills and six aces.

The victory got Cordova back to even at 4-4. As for Oakman, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
