Madison had won three straight  games  and  Kenyan Navarre did his part to make it four on Saturday. The Marlins enjoyed a cozy  35-20 win over the Sterling Raiders for which the team can thank  Navarre, who rushed for 109 yards, and also picked up 45 receiving yards. His rushing production has been exceptional  recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 105  rushing yards.
 On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Madison's defense and their six sacks. That dominant display was truly a team effort as six different players picked up one apiece. Another thorn in Sterling's side was  Nathaniel Salas, who made 16 total tackles (1.0 for loss).
Madison's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Sterling, they now  have a losing record of 3-4.
 Coincidentally, Madison and Sterling will both be playing Milby the next time they take the field. The Marlins will  host the Buffs at 12:00  p.m.  on Saturday, while the Raiders will head out to face them  at 7:00  p.m.  on  the 24th.
