Baseball Recap: North Hollywood Comes Up Short

North Hollywood fell victim to Kennedy and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cougars. The Huskies' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it 15 in a row.

North Hollywood saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mateo Pignotti, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base.

North Hollywood's loss dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Kennedy, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-16.

Coming up, North Hollywood will head out to square off against Banning at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Kennedy, they will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Marshall at 10:00 a.m.
