Soccer Recap: Eagle River Comes Up Short

Eagle River lost to Dimond back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Wolves came up short against the Lynx, falling 12-1. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Eagle River couldn't push the score so high this time.

Their goal came courtesy of Emery Bryan, who's now up to three this season.

Eagle River's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Dimond, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Eagle River will square off against Colony at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dimond, they will challenge Wasilla at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
