Basketball Recap: Keller Central Comes Up Short

Keller Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 40-35 heartbreaker at the hands of the Memorial Mavericks.

Keller Central's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Memorial, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Keller Central will challenge Timber Creek at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Chargers' defense better be ready for this one: the Falcons have averaged an impressive 50.1 points per game this season. As for Memorial, they will take on Henrietta at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
